Health

Thousands of years ago, the Chinese sages studied the nature of the different physical and energy systems that make up the human being. Thanks to this knowledge, they developed a wide variety of methods to achieve a life of greater health, happiness and transcendence.

Contemporary Chikung

With the advent of modernity in China and under the concept of western "scientism", attempts have been made to amalgamate many of these practices into the same discipline known as Chikung (Qigong 氣功) , that means, "Work on energy".

This has had a great positive impact on the fact that many people have had access to these practices, previously only reserved for a few.  But like everything in life, there is always the other side of the coin:  by becoming popular and trying to explain these disciplines with concepts foreign to their culture of origin, much of the original meaning of these practices has been over simplified and lost.

In a very synthetic way, we can say that the practice of current Chikung encompasses - gentle physical exercises, both in movement and in stillness, breathing techniques and the use of concentration to guide the movement of energy throughout the body, restoring health.

Most contemporary Chikung practices stop there, but ancient systems, like the Taoist Practice, go much further.

Taoist Internal Alchemy

This system has been practiced for millennia by Taoist adepts. Its maximum objective is spiritual cultivation, but by maintaining the pragmatic character of this way of thought.

According to its theory, in order to effectively engage in spiritual work, we must first restore our body, energy, and mind to their original state. For this, a variety of psychological and physical practices are studied and used, some similar to Chikung, special diet, ingestion of herbs, meditation and so on.

A correct practice provides enormous benefits that include: total regeneration of our organism, mental and physical well-being and long life expectancy.

These achievements are often named as obtaining the inner elixir, which is why this practice is generally called the "Internal Elixir Practice" or Neidan Gong ( 内丹 功 ).

The path of radiant health

閃耀 養生 道

I have dedicated my life to studying and mastering the cultivation practices of the inner elixir and traditional Taoist meditation.  After 30 years of practice I've decided to share my experiences with all those who are sincerely interested and willing to commit to their practice.

This project - "The Path of Radiant Health" or Shanyao Yangsheng Dao ( 閃耀 養生 道) is my personal version of the practice of cultivating the inner elixir to regain our original state. It will be developed through a series of courses that will be presented in a progressive order, covering all the topics of this Taoist practice.

The "cultivation of the internal elixir" (内丹 功), is one of the most powerful wellness practices in the world. This innovative system will take you to the highest possible level of practice and health.

I invite you to join this project and experience the change of your life!
