ziran
men

Ziranmen ( 自然 門 ), was created about 150 years ago by Xu Aizi ( 徐 矮子 ), an eccentric master of great abilities, in the sacred mountains of Emei. It is a style that, from the beginning of its training, pursues the idea of naturalness. Its name evokes it, because Ziran is a Taoist concept that can be translated as "Spontaneity" or "Naturalness".

Unlike most Kungfu styles, Ziranmen does not emphasize forms or Taolu in its training. Instead, it has a wide repertoire of simple and direct practices that cover a wide range of topics. Developing very particular and unique psychophysical and combat skills in its practitioners.

The fundamental technique of this style is called "Neiquanshou" and it's practiced walking in circles, similarly to Baguazhang, although not the same since its methods are unique and somewhat different from it.

This style, harmoniously combines physical work, combative capacity and the development of internal energy, right from the beginning of its system of practice.  It's ideal if you want to experience practicing an internal style and obtain tangible results in a very short time.
