Wuyidao
Wuyidao is a traditional Chinese martial arts school, generally called Kungfu or Wushu. Born in 2012, after 20 years of practice and personal study. Its name can be translated as "The path of martial skill".
Main Goals
The preservation and diffusion of several practice methods, very common in old Kungfu, which have been almost forgotten in today's training praxis.
Teaching System
It integrates into its foundations in what I consider the best and most practical techniques from various styles of ancient Kungfu, to offer an intense, varied and scientific training program.
We propose a methodical and progressive practice as a basis to obtain the maximum results in the shortest possible time. These fall within three main areas:
Physical training
Comprehensive conditioning, achieving attributes such as strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, coordination, etc.
Combat
Ability to instinctively react to a real attack situation and effectively apply a varied repertoire of self defense techniques against one or more people.
Personal growth
Improve the ability to calm and focus the mind, helping to face the day to day in a more efficient and original way.
Although the correct practice can give us great results in a short time, being able to maintain and continue increasing them is a task for life.
This is Real Kungfu!
In our school there is no difference between technical practice and combat, the latter being the evolution and natural expression of the former. As far as combat is concerned, our method is based on the idea of a situation without rules.
We are interested in serious, motivated and committed students with their personal development at all levels.
From our part, we provide all the tools we have to maximize positive results in training and its understanding.
