
Essential Kungfu 1
The " Essential Kungfu " course series are the gateway to start learning in our school. In these, I have condensed the fundamental practices of the different styles that I teach. They form a solid foundation from which you can better understand and understand other more advanced practices that we developed at Wuyidao School.
You'll develop, in a very short time, the psychophysical attributes necessary for the correct practice of Kungfu . You will completely transform your body while learning simple and forceful defense techniques.
This first course has the frequency of one weekly class, during 5 weeks, with all the guidelines for your daily training, with a total of 29 videos.

Miguel Briske
Chinese martial arts practitioner for 30 years. I consider myself a tireless researcher and eternal apprentice of them. Attention to detail and precision in every practice is my passion. The freedom and security of movement that this generates is my enjoyment. Staying true to the original ways of practicing and studying them with an open and rational mind at the same time is my motto. Keeping my body in excellent condition, having a calm mind and becoming a better human being every day are my personal goals.
