Essential Kungfu 3

The " Essential Kungfu " series of courses are the gateway to learning in our school. In them, I have condensed the fundamental practices of the different styles that I teach.  They form a solid foundation from which you can better understand and understand other more advanced practices that we developed at Wuyidao School.

 

With them you will develop, in a very short time, the psychophysical attributes necessary for the correct practice of Kungfu. You will completely transform your body while learning simple and forceful defense techniques.
