Peng Jin Primordial Force of Internal Kungfu Course
5 ARCHES & daoist breathing
Primordial Force of Internal Styles

The body training technique we call 5 Bows of the skeletal structure and the Daoist Breathing are the foundation of the internal styles of Kungfu .

Together, they develop a special type of force that is common to all these styles - this force is called Peng Jin and is based on the use of the entire body structure, coordinated with the correct muscle tension and relaxation, in each movement.

Without this foundation training, internal styles cannot provide us with all their benefits, both in the martial aspect and in the health.

This mini online course is aimed at helping you understand and develop, quickly and effectively, Peng Jin strength, regardless of the style you want to learn and develop later.

With the frequency of a weekly class, during 8 weeks and with all the guidelines for your daily training, in which you will learn:

> Exercises to relax the entire body structure - a fundamental condition to start working on this type of "energy".

> Respiratory methods.

> Static postures to create Peng force .

> Method of work on the arches of the body to develop Peng Jin in your movement.

> Gentle Paidagong training - or body percussion - that generates resistance and opens the main energy channels.

> How to accumulate energy in the Dantian and much more .....
